1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1.2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Any returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@jrsee.com within the specified return period. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that refunds may take some time to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

5.1. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
